Discrepancies with orders must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

You must contact our office and receive an RA #(return authorization) and instructions before you return an item.  An item returned without an RA number, will be refused and returned to the sender.  The buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless we have incorrectly shipped an item or if the the product arrived damaged.  When a return is authorized by Professional Paint Products, it must be received  within 30 days from the original invoice date.  You will be refunded the original amount of your purchase less shipping and a 10% restocking charge.
